This section contains practical information for those who are planning to visit Finland for the annual ECA European Dealer Championship 2012 organized by the European Casino Association.
Note: Entrance to the championship is exclusive for invited people only.

For the following hotels the organisation committee negotiated special rates for your stay during the European Dealer Championship. In order to apply these rates you need a reservation code, which has been provided to the ECA members.
In order to enable all ECA participants to share the same hotels, we suggest booking at the GLO Kluuvi Hotel as a first choice, and if this hotel is fully booked, booking at the Hotel Haven, which would be the second choice.

Guidelines for dressing
We don't have a strict dress code – "smart casual", including jeans, is perfect attire for a casino evening. However, outdoor clothes or sports clothes are not part of the casino environment. On the other hand, you cannot be overdressed: Casino Helsinki provides a splendid setting for you to wear your best!
Forms of payment / Currency exchange
Casino games accept cash, the currency is euro. Credit cards are accepted at the restaurants and you can withdraw cash with MasterCard/Eurocard/VISA from an ATM machine on the casino premises. You can also exchange certain currencies at the cash desk. Currencies can be redeemed during the same gaming day at the exchanged rate.
Table Games
Casino Helsinki offers an extensive array of table games including: American Roulette, Blackjack, Oasis Stud Poker, Texas Hold’em Bonus, Punto Banco, Red Dog and six different poker games.
Slot Machines
You will certainly find your favourite game among our three hundred slot machines, including the Touch Bet Roulette and Lightning Poker. Slot machines can be played with bank notes and EZ-Pay vouchers.

Transportation to and from the airport:
Helsinki - Vantaa Airport is situated about 20 km from the centre of Helsinki. A taxi to the city centre costs approximately 30 €. Alternatively, you can take the Finnair City bus which is operating between the airport and the city centre (Central Railway Station) every 20 minutes. The bus fare is 6,20 € and the average travel time is 30 minutes.
